Buffett: America needs a 'wartime' strategy for clean energy

Warren Buffett argues that the U.S. needs to "reorient the resources" of the country to achieve energy transformation, just as it did to win World War II. But he worries it may not be possible to recreate that kind of effort under our current democratic system.
