Buffett: Stocks are 'ridiculously cheap' if rates don't move

In a three-hour live appearance on CNBC's "Squawk Box," Warren Buffett says stocks are "ridiculously cheap" if interest rates remain low. He also rejects socialism and praises American capitalism, calls on the Trump administration to treat Canada and Mexico as neighbors, not adversaries, when it comes to trade, and says of President Trump's tough trade stance with China: sometimes you have to "act half crazy" in negotiations. Charlie Munger and Bill Gates join in for the third hour.
